Mark Walinger was one of the first artists i looked at for this project because of his piece "State Briton". I felt this was relevant to my starting point of boundary's. State Briton is about the exclusion zone outside parliament within which no unauthorized protest may take place. Mark Wallinger recreated a protest that was set up within this area in 2005, the recreation was set up in the Tate just outside the boundary of this zone. This work is interesting to me as it looks at a non existent, boundary that is very real in terms of effect.
